1. Introduction
By accessing or using TitanServer's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
2. Services Provided
TitanServer offers the following services:
- Dedicated Servers
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Domain Registration (optional)
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are prohibited:
- Child pornography
- Network scanning or vulnerability testing
- DDoS attacks or participation in DDoS activities
- Brute force attacks or hacking attempts
- Spam distribution (including bulk emailing)
- Malware distribution
- Phishing or fraudulent activities
- Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
- Operating proxy or anonymity services
- Excessive resource consumption impacting performance
- Intellectual property infringement
- Botting or cheating in online games
- Hate speech or harassment
- Content violating privacy rights
- Encouragement of violence or illegal activities
- Any other illegal or malicious activities
Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
4. Refund Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction, TitanServer provides the following refund policy:
- Quality Issues: Refund requests due to unresolved technical issues may be submitted within 14 days of service activation, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- Unused Services: Customers cancelling their subscription before service utilization are eligible for a full refund, processed within 30 days.
- Service Outages: Customers experiencing server unavailability exceeding 24 hours due to TitanServer issues are entitled to a proportional refund for downtime.
- Non-Compliance with Terms: Refund requests for services not meeting specified standards may be submitted within 14 days, pending compliance verification.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or use of services for illegal activities.
- Request Process: Refund requests should be submitted via email or the contact form, including relevant details and justification.
5. Resource Allocation
Customers will receive the specified resources (CPU, RAM, Bandwidth) as outlined in their purchased plan. Abusive resource consumption may lead to service suspension.
6. Support and Uptime
TitanServer provides customer support during business hours, but does not guarantee 24/7 availability. There are no uptime guarantees or SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
7. Security and Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the security of their data and services. TitanServer is not liable for data breaches, hacks, or unauthorized access.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- Violating the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 3)
- Failure to pay for services
- Engaging in abusive activities
TitanServer reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice in cases of violations. Customers will be notified via email for non-payment suspensions.
9. Price Changes and Service Modifications
TitanServer may adjust service prices at any time, with notifications sent to customers via email prior to the next billing cycle. Service terms and policies may also be updated.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
TitanServer operates informally without a registered company or formal legal jurisdiction. Legal disputes will be addressed informally.
11. Changes to the Terms of Service
TitanServer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
